1929 Ford Model A Woodie
Ready for all your summer fun!
This 1929 Ford Model A was introduced as a Station Wagon. Affectionately known as the Woody (or Woodie, depending on your preference), 1929 was the first year of the factory-built wood station wagon and it ushered in an era of wood-paneled cars that lasted through the 1950s (followed by another several decades of vinyl wood-grain applique to replicate the wood look).
This custom woodie is slightly modified to show the engine compartment or the engine can be covered up to look more stock. Even has a surfboard that can be used as a prop for photoshoots by the beach or special events, including your own “Surfin’ Safari.”
