The Ford GT40 is one of the most iconic cars in motorsports thanks to the amazing feat they achieved in the 24 Hours of Le Mans where they beat Ferrari. They continued winning four straight Le Mans victories, including 1966 coming in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd! The popular 2019 the movie, “Ford v Ferrari” grossed over $120 million.

The Ford GT began life as a concept car designed in anticipation of Ford’s 100 anniversary. A limited amount were later produced. The 2005 and 2006 Ford GT is exceedingly rare, with only 4,038 built during the two years it was in production. Sticker price at that time was $179,000 and today they are more than double that amount. It is the most powerful car Ford has ever made.
